This was my very first newborn photoshoot and I LOVED IT! I did a lot of research going into it (not knowing how much stuff is needed to photograph a newborn … it's a lot!)

Newborn photography should be done within the first 2 weeks when the baby is sleepy and "moldable". Londyn was 9 weeks and no amount of milk was going to get her to sleep so we could get those posed newborn photos. We did get one sleepy picture when dad came in and started talking to her which was adorable!! But she did great! She was such a trooper being put in a scratchy tutu and lying mostly still while I snapped away. I really really love these photos.
